Quality and Ethics

The Preliminary Quality Control measures prior basic sample is checked for each lot before purchase and verified when required during spot purchase. Quality Inspectors regularly inspect all the cones by means of all quality standards and aspects. The same procedure is being adhered for the packing of Cartons.

We assure you of our commitment to delivery and quality. We have a "QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT" for assuring quality control products. Still we believe there is long a way to grow.....
We believe that our customers have every right to expect zero defect products. Our various qualities are as bellows.
Quality of Cloth: (Identification by sight)
  • The yarn is consistent in size.
  • The yarn is consistently the same colour, with no colour contamination.
  • The woven cloth has a smooth and consistent weave.
  • The woven cloth is free of dust, debris, nebs (bumpy threads or debris in the weave) or loops (loops of thread).
  • The woven cloth is free of creases.
  • The woven cloth is free of weave faults.
Cloth should be free of the following:
  • Red ink stamp marks
  • Writing of any form, pencil or biro
  • Any form of stains.
  • Factory Floor dirt
  • Machine oil
Quality of Construction:
  • Thread should be matching colour of the fabric.
  • Thread should be new and strong.
  • All ends should be trimmed and neatened.
Quality of Finish:
  • Finished products should be clean of all loose threads and dust & debris.
Quality of Packaging:
  • Cartons should be consistent in size, for all styles.
  • Cartons should be robust and glued.
  • Cartons should be sealed with brown tape with strapping.
Quality of Identification:
  • Cartons must bear the name of the consignee.
  • Cartons should be directly printed with identification
  • Style Code.
  • Quantity.
  • Weight.
Quality Tests:
  • Magnifying glass on 50 CMS Length if unpicked yarn.
  • Magnifying glass to count warp and weft in 1 Square inch.
  • Cover 1 side with Buff Tape. Remove the tape and identify debris sharp hard tug on handle.
  • Scales.
  • Eyesight & Recognition.
  • Counting.
  • Color Fastness - Washing Test.
During Production, we are following the major productions controls and checking:
  • Dimensions are consistent
  • Threads trimmed 100%
  • Threads & Debris not evident on finished goods.
